Biography

Dr. Marianowicz is one of Europe’s most renowned experts in spine pain management, minimally invasive spinal therapy, and non-surgical treatment of intervertebral disc disorders.

His focus on spine pathology began early in his training — driven by his own experience undergoing two disc surgeries and living with chronic back pain. This personal history led him to pursue advanced, evidence-based methods of pain relief and functional recovery.

He completed his specialization at several leading German medical centers, including:

  • Klinikum Rechts der Isar (TU Munich)
  • Münchner Rotkreuz-Krankenhaus
  • Klinikum Ingolstadt
  • Kreiskrankenhaus Bad Bergzabern
  • Wirbelsäulenzentrum Markgröningen

Since 1991, he has run a private practice in Munich while continuing advanced training and international fellowships in the USA, UK, Switzerland, and Israel.

Dr. Marianowicz is the founder and director of the Marianowicz Zentrum München and formerly served as Medical Director of the private Jägerwinkel Clinic in Bad Wiessee.

He actively promotes non-surgical approaches as a lecturer, author of scientific papers, and bestselling books, including “Den Rücken selbst heilen”, “Arthrose selbst heilen”, and “Die Gesundheitslüge”.
