Biography

• 1979-1985: Studied medicine at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich
• 1987 – 1991: Clinic and polyclinic of dermatology and allergology. Central Clinic of the Ludwig Maximilian University
• 1991 – 1995: Dermatology Clinic of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf
• 1995 – 2003: Senior consultant at the Biederstein Clinic and Clinic for Dermatology and Allergology at the Technical University of Munich, Head of the Department of Photodiagnostics and Phototherapy, Appl. Professor in the field of dermatology and allergology at the Technical University of Munich
