The center provides various treatments including prevention, early detection and new treatments for skin cancer.

They also work closely with other medical disciplines such as haematology-oncology, surgery, radiology, radiotherapy and pathology. The center offers diagnosis and treatment of various types of skin tumors, such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma, cutaneous sarcoma, Merkel cell carcinoma and cutaneous lymphoma.

The Clinic and Polyclinic of Dermatology organizes interdisciplinary consultations and conferences where cancer diseases are discussed and therapeutic decisions are made together with other specialists. They offer a variety of treatment options, including surgery, medications, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and immunotherapy. Transplant consultations and treatment for immunocompromised patients are also offered, as well as lymphoma consultations.

Prof. Dr. med. Tilo Biedermann received his medical education at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and trained at the Clinic and Polyclinic of Dermatology and Allergology of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He received his doctorate in dermatology and venereology there.
