I learned that it was possible to come to Germany for treatment back in 2013, then I came for the first time and was satisfied with everything: the information provided about doctors and clinics, and the specifics on the cost of services (everything is extremely clear and transparent), and answers to all questions that arise. I can only judge the medical part by the specialties I encountered: ENT, gynecologist and dermatologist. I can confidently recommend them to my friends and family. As for the staff of the Medcabinet, I would especially like to note the work of the translator and namesake Olga. This is a very kind person who was “on the same wavelength” with me during my stay. She sincerely experienced with me all my “sores” found during the examinations. It’s very nice that she is always there for me during all my visits.

I would like to thank and note the professionalism of the Medcabinet staff for organizing my treatment. In July 2019, I received histological reports from a clinic, went to the Medical Office for a second opinion, fortunately, on the same day I was able to transfer it with opportunity to the office in Munich, and a couple of days later I received a report from a German professor. Separately, I would like to say thank you to the company’s employee, Ruslana, for her sincere and humane attitude towards me. She explained in detail what, how and when it would happen if I agreed to the operation. Of course, I agreed and in the next few days I received all the necessary documents for obtaining a visa and a week later I was at the Bogenhausen University Clinic. All expectations were met, the operation was successful and after a follow-up examination, the doctors say the prognosis is favorable.

I went through all the examinations quickly, received consultations from an endocrinologist, urologist, dermatologist, and orthopedist and completed it in two days. All this time, the translator Mikhail was with me, who took care of all the little things, including meeting me at the airport, checking into the hotel, of course, was with me during all the examinations and even gave me a short tour of the city. I will definitely return to you, dear employees of the Medcabinet company, especially since they found problems in the body, so it was not in vain that I came!
