David Schilling studied at the universities of Innsbruck, Berlin and Munich.
As part of his doctoral dissertation, he spent over a year at the renowned Mayo Clinic in the USA.
In 2003 he received his doctorate with honors from the LMU in Munich. After training in general surgery at the St. Gallen Hospital, Professor Schilling worked at the University Hospital of Zurich and the University Hospital of Tübingen, where he was a senior physician in the field of robotic surgery and endoscopy.
In 2012, he moved to the University Hospital in Frankfurt, where he expanded the robotic surgery program.
In 2014 Dr. Schilling received the title of professor at the Goethe University in Frankfurt.
In addition to teaching, Professor Schilling has given a large number of lectures at national and international congresses. With his participation, more than 100 publications were published in well-known scientific journals. Headed the urology clinic at ISAR Klinikum in June 2015.
